  I'll be completely honest about my experience with crust tonight.
  
  Ordered online for delivery - 6:42pm expected wait time is around 50 minutes....great I can live with that.
  
  Comes around to 8:15pm...still no pizza, I decide to call the store and request an update to see what's going on & I'm told fairly nicely that the person on the other end of the phone would look into it.
  
  Queue 5 minutes later, the pizza rocks up, no customer service, It's cold and as hard as a rock.
  
  By this point the driver has already left, I decide to call the store....no answer, call again, no answer, call another 5-10 times....honestly I've lost count and still no answer, no call back from them & complete lack of respect for a customer that just wants to talk about the experience.
  
  I would have recommended them before, but never again, honestly you'd be better off going to other local pizza joints that do a better pizza and are much friendlier.
  
  If you go to this store after reading this post, don't say I didn't warn you. Stay clear if you can.

  My first (and most likely last) visit to Crust in Upper Coomera was extremely disappointing. I am a massive crust lover (after being to a previous Crust in Grange who actually give you your money's worth and are good quality, I would happily spend my money there) although tonight was a big disappointment at Upper Coomera.
  
  The music was so loud that I had to raise my voice to place my order, I then waited outside due to the noise and small space and then the staff didn't even come outside to let me know my pizza was ready (I am not psychic, sorry), so therefore it wasn't even hot anymore, as well as the 'extras' I paid for barely existed.
  
  Safe to say I am never going there again, unless the staff at Upper Coomera get their act together and actually give you good customer service and good consistent quality pizzas.
